Yes you can run the Alpha course by yourself and there are lots of resources to help you!  Check online for an Alpha Advisor near you and connect with him/her, buy the Campus Alpha Leaders Guide and go through the steps in the book (it's ALL in there!).  

Try to enlist faculty and friends to help and support you -- but if you're planning to run a small course with a few friends, all you need is somewhere to watch the DVDs, some food, and a place where you can discuss the topics each week.

Some students watch the DVDs with friends around their living room coffee table, from a laptop and eat pizza!
